Survey conducted to measure KTS client satisfaction
A total of 5 of 7 services surveyed by Kingfisher Technical Solutions to measure client satisfaction received a 100% satisfaction score.
The remaining two services - value for money and risk mitigation - achieved ratings of 93% and 80% respectively. NB Risk mitigation was not applicable on all projects.
The results are shown in the graphic below:
KTS will focus on maintaining these ratings and improving them where applicable.
