The partial removal and replacement of an existing Automated Parking System in a 7-storey downtown New York development with an upgraded 150-space system.

Appointed by Kenmare and Mulberry Associates, KTS’s role included managing the full formal tender process through to awarding the contract and then, project monitoring, payment application reviews, project schedule, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and the Site Acceptance Test (SAT) witnessing and project close out.

The project is due for completion at the end of 2024/beginning of 2025.
