A 47-space automated parking system in a prestigious residential Mayfair development

Appointed by Lodha UK, KTS worked on the development from concept to completion.  KTS’s role included working with the client’s design team to develop the APS concept, managing the full formal tender process through to awarding the contract, providing comprehensive project management services including project monitoring, payment application reviews, project schedule, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and the Site Acceptance Test (SAT) witnessing and project close out.

KTS also carried out the Defects Liability/warranty period on-site inspection.
