Appointed by Rockport Group, KTS’s role included working with the client’s design team to develop the APS concept, managing the full formal tender process through to awarding the contract and then, project monitoring, payment application reviews, project schedule, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and the Site Acceptance Test (SAT) witnessing and project close out.

The project is scheduled for completion in 2024.
