Automated carparking upgrade in striking downtown New York development

Encompassing 38 unique homes in the NoLita neighbourhood of New York, 75 Kenmare was designed by award-winning architect Andre Kikoski, with interiors by Lenny Kravitz’s design studio, to create a contemporary statement complementing the area’s distinct downtown culture and architectural landmarks.

KTS was appointed by the building owners Kenmare and Mulberry Associates to provide technical and commercial expertise in upgrading the development’s existing Automated Parking System which involves the partial removal of the current system.

KTS’s role included managing the full formal tender process through to awarding the contract and then continuing to monitor the project, payment application reviews, project schedule, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and the Site Acceptance Test (SAT) witnessing through to project close out.

The 150-space APS project is due for completion at the end of 2024/beginning of 2025.
